Cinder may be a well known name in Atlanta’s commercial production market, but it’s still a small business at heart. We’re a 15-person team that supports everything from national commercials to indie short films, and most of us are filmmakers ourselves. We care about doing the job right, but just as much about making sure the people doing it feel respected and fulfilled. On a team this size, everyone pulls their weight, titles are secondary, and we treat each other like people first.
